All the X1 reviews we have seen recently are targeting the European automobile market and consumers; and the official launch date was set for October 24th.
Those of us living in the U.S. will have to wait a little longer than a year before we would see the entry level SAV. So far reviews have been on the positive side, with the main focus being placed on efficiency and performance. There are still voices that disagree with the interior design quality, but that’s another story we’ll get into in the near future.
Hidden deep into their review, there is a small piece of information that will make some of the BMW fans happy: “But then the BMW peop... Read more »

Several BMW models will emerge out of the Munich gates, the BMW 5 Series, BMW X3, BMW ActiveHybrid7 and possible the new 6 Series. Some of you might be surprised to see the Alpina B5 being so far into the testing process, but truth is that BMW’s ties with Alpina are very strong and their close collaboration has been known for years.
Sporting the same funky camouflage seen on the BMW test mules, Alpina B5 is already showing a more aggressive rear-end with wider side skirts. Now many of you might wonder how one can distinguish between this test mule and the BMW ones, and is it truly an Alpina car?

Motorsport presented several of their models at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Earlier today, we saw their own version of the popular BMW 7 Series and now, we are going to take a look at the BMW X6 Tycoon EVO, the widebody Sports Activity Coupe.
The revolutionary difference to its predecessor is the newly designed fender extensions and the striking rear. The visual and sonorous highlights of the rear part are the earthy sports exhaust system with the remarkable center double end pipes.
The masculine appearance of the TYCOON EVO is mainly emphasized by its new front wings and back wing extensions made of light composite material. They broaden the body by striking 60 millimeters. The perfectly designed side skirts render the optical connection while the front apron is an outstanding eye-catcher with its large air inlets and the LE... Read more »
